All About The Arts In The St Augustine Beach Area
Live The Island Life And Find Your Creative Spirit
Travel throughout St Augustine Beach and the surrounding area you will find art produced by local artists displayed around every corner. Hanging on business walls or displayed on a pedestal, St Augustine Beach is an art lovers playground.
With inspiration in our own backyard, local artists only need to walk outside to see a majestic sunrise, a beautiful landscape, a picturesque ocean-scape or enjoy the sounds of world renowned musicians.
Businesses all along the boulevard support the arts which is evident with the Beach Arts Group – Arts and Merchant Walk held on the third Monday of the month as well as the restaurants and gallery that proudly display local art. Listen to the music and feel the ocean breeze on Wednesday night at the pier and enjoy the sounds of the world famous artist who play beneath the stars at our local amphitheater.
The local library staff have the beach resident’s best interest in mind when they present various workshops and programs for lovers of the written word. The Wednesday Market is proud to showcase local artists from around the area. First Friday Art Walk is popular with a reception at The Art Studio at the beach and a First Friday “meet the artist” wine reception is held at Tim’s Wine Market.
