The Wednesday Farmer’s Market, open from 8am to 12:30 pm takes place every Wednesday at the St Johns County Pier Park. Home to over 70 vendors  this outdoor market will not disappoint. You will find specialty food items from fresh produce, homemade bread, cakes and pies, canned jams and jelly as well as local honey.  The smell alone will entice the taste buds.

Pick up a one of a kind gift from a local artist including: jewelry, hand bags, trinkets and original clothing. Keep Fido happy with a new dog bed or a new bone. Come hungry and grab a bite to eat as you listen to the amazing music. The scenery can’t be beat. A True Favorite For The Locals! Located at the Marineland Marina, the Salt Air Farmers Market has the freshest vegetables, tasty bread and beautiful art and hand crafted items created by local artists.. Held every Tuesday from 8:30am to 12:30pm the local markets is loved by locals as well as visitors to the beach.  Talk to the farmers themselves as you shop for your weekly goodies. Bask in the beauty of this scenic outdoor market. Drive your car or sail your boat. Sailors are always welcome at this waterfront market. Old City Farmers Market

The Old City Farmers Market is held every Saturday from 8:30 to 12:30. Located on the grounds of the St Augustine Amphitheater this Farmers Market is a favorite by all who visit. Enjoy the music as you stroll among the venders.  Bring an instrument as everyone is welcome to join the band.  With a basket of instruments set out for the public-even the kids can grab a tambourine and dance a little ditty.  With the local artist and restaurants sharing their talent, grab a  bite and enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. Fresh vegetables grown right down the street on the Hastings Farms, homemade soaps and clothing and organic eggs can all be found at the market. This is a great way to spend the morning.

Volleyball Series / Dig The Beach / USA Volleyball

Attracting thousands of visitors to the beach,this well known volleyball series has sponsors from Jet Blue to Sports Authority. Founded in 1991, the Dig the Beach Volley Ball Series is the largest series of its kind. Catering to both amateur players as well as professionals,each tournament features 2 person teams in adult and juniors divisions, both men and women. The juniors program is for kids 18 years and younger giving the youngsters a platform for viability to earn college scholarships. Dig The Beach keeps the kids  off the streets and on the sand.   Way To Go—Dig the Beach!

Taste of the Beach Purple OliveTaste Of The Beach

Enjoy this annual event where over a dozen local restaurants participate.  Held in the fall, taste what amazing food the beach has to offer. Local restaurants offer their special food. From crab cakes and fish to mouth watering desserts your “tummy” will thank you. Enjoy the music, food and fun from our favorite sponsor – The St Augustine Beach Civic Association.  A portion of the proceeds from the event supports  nonprofit agencies in the area.

Runners Pass the St Augustine Lighthouse

 Lighthouse Annual 5k Run and Open House

Runners , of all ages, will join together for the Annual Lighthouse Run and Night Fest. What started as an ideal as a fundraiser for the Junior Service League 15 years ago, has grown into a St Augustine tradition. This event is usually held in the Spring. The lighthouse and the  grounds are  open to the area residents as a way to thank them for their support.

Held in Nov 8am until thing are sold

A1A from Ponte Vedra through Flagler County. Follow A1A through the beaches, pass Marineland and onto Flagler Beach. Sponsored by the Friends of A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway, the sale will begin at 8 a.m. and continue until all items are sold. Although this is sponsored by Friends of A1A Scenic Byway, participants keep all of their proceeds from sales. Stretching from Ponte Vedra Beach to Flagler Beach, the byway will hook you up with historic sites, beautiful scenic vistas and cultural exhibits. Empty the car and grab your wallet…the hunt is on for treasures.

Victorian Tennis st augustine beach

Tropical Tennis Festival

205 Harbour Cay Way, St Augustine, Fl 32080

This outdoor festival of Art, Music, Food and Fun is held annually. This is one of the only Victorian-Style Tennis Championships in the Southeast.  Take yourself back to the time of Henry Flagler, when the Ponce Hotel was at it’s prime. Watch in amazement as the tennis players dress in period dress and battle using antique wooden rackets. Located overlooking the marsh just east of the 312 Bridge enjoy St Augustine’s newest tennis center as you enjoy the salt air. All proceeds go toward charity. Call: 904-460-4217 for information.

Gamble Rogers Music Festival

Held in May at various locations

James Gamble Rogers IV was a folk musician who lost his life trying to save a man from drowning in the Atlantic Ocean. The accident happened in Flagler County and a park has been named after Gamble where he lost his life. The Gamble Rogers State Recreation Area is located on Hwy A1A just South of Flagler Beach.   In his memory a music festival was also established.  Held the first weekend in May throughout St Augustine, musicians and fans come from around  the world to attend The Gamble Rogers Music Festival.

This charity event began in 2003 by a group of local beach residents. Held in July,  all proceeds go to a local charity. With a small donation the walkers are given a tee-shirt and are treated to a celebration of food, music and prizes.

Don’s Friends and Friends of Anastasia State Park present the Endless Summer Run. Join in as runners and friends celebrate life and help others. Don lost his life at a young age yet in his 22 years on this earth he was committed to helping those in need. The Don’s Friends  Foundation is dedicated to encouraging college students to choose the Alternative Break, where students choose to spend their vacation to help others less fortunate. This annual event has been taking place for many years.

Help support St Augustine Youth Services while you jog, run or walk in this years Santa Suits on the Loose 5 K event. Start at the pier and travel  down beautiful A1A Beach Blvd and throughout St Augustine Beach. This race will be professionally timed and scored. Corporate and Team Challenge for co-workers and friends.  Bring the kids to the Gift Gallery and visit with Santa. Complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. Dec 31, 2015 from 5pm to 10pm. Fireworks display at 8:30pm.

Welcome the New Year with a celebration at the beach. Join us at the pier on Dec 31 for the Beach Blast Off.  Voted best New Years Eve Event in Florida and sponsored by the city of St Augustine Beach.  Bring the family and enjoy the live music, kids zone, chili cook off, fire and ice sculpture contest and blast off fireworks. Shuttle service available at Winn Dixie, Beach City Hall, RB Hunt School, Amphitheater, Anastasia Baptist Church.
