For 19 years Holiday Isle Oceanfront Resort has played an instrumental part in raising the funds for Give Kids The World Village, a 70 acre “storybook” resort located in central, Fl. With the funds collected, Give Kids The World Village fulfills the wishes of families and children with life-threatening illnesses.

June was a difficult month for Logan Farquhar and his family. As he and his fishing buddies were traveling back to the boat ramp after a day of fishing, they were hit from behind by a large ski boat. This hit and run accident took place on June 25th. The day that changed Farquhar’s life forever.

Sing Out Loud Music Festival

Hundreds of musicians from around the world will join local musicians for the first Sing Out Loud Music Festival. This celebration of music will take place at various venues throughout the county. Sponsored by the St Johns County Council, the Tourist Development Council and Community First Credit Union, the Sing Out Loud Festival will feature over 100 free, local and national performances staged throughout St Augustine over the course of three weekends in August and September.
